Guatemalan fabrics

      Our collection of colorful hand-woven cotton fabrics represents the artistry of Mayan weavers  whose tradition is over five hundred years old. Most of our fabrics are woven in small villages in the central highlands of Guatemala. We carry over 150 patterns of fabric that we buy directly from the weavers and sell it by the yard. We also have a wonderful collection of traditional indigenous weavings including: huipiles (blouses), cortes (skirts), cintas ( sashes), perrajes (shawls) and  tzutes (carrying cloths).
